Rental Period *

By checking this box you agree to pay a rental fee of $20 per month for the instrument which you are renting. You acknowledge your understanding that instrument rentals must be returned upon discontinuance of enrollment at Stuever Studios. You may return your rental at any time and discontinue this agreement. Failure to return an instrument rental within 30 days of written notice at the email address or physical address you provided will result in service by law enforcement for the crime of theft by conversion.
