Attendance and Payment Policies
Tuition & Lesson Policies
The following rates are set for January-June 2026 - 30 minutes $35, 45 minutes $52.50, 60 minutes $70. After the first lesson, enrollment continues on a monthly basis unless canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the next scheduled lesson.
Tuition & Payments
Tuition is billed monthly and due in full by the 1st of each month. Payments made using ACH Direct Debit through our studio portal do not incur processing fees. Payments made via credit card, PayPal, Venmo, or other online payment services will incur a 2% processing fee. Payments not received by the 15th of the month will incur a $10 late fee.
Attendance, Illness & Make-Up Lessons
Lessons are reserved time slots, and consistent attendance is essential. A make-up lesson will be offered only when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, regardless of the reason for cancellation. If a teacher cancels and a sub is not provided, a credit will always be given.
When proper notice is given, make-up lessons may be offered in person or virtually, at the teacher’s discretion. If a make-up lesson is offered but declined or cannot be attended, no credit or refund will be issued. If a teacher is unable to offer a make-up lesson after proper notice is given, a credit will be applied to the student’s account.
No-shows or lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice must be paid in full and are not eligible for a make-up or credit regardless of the reason for cancellation. Families are asked to prioritize lesson commitments. We encourage families to keep sick children at home; however, the cancellation policy will still be enforced for last-minute illness. Teachers rely on scheduled lessons as their primary source of income, and missed lessons cannot be reallocated at the last minute.
Teacher Cancellations & Refunds
If a teacher must cancel a lesson and a sub is not provided, a credit will be issued or an optional make-up scheduled.
