Attendance and Payment Policies

Your first lesson is a one time commitment of $30. After your first lesson, unless you cancel within 24 hours of your next scheduled lesson you will be billed for the rest of the month. Tuition is then due in full by the 1st of every month. Pay by the 14th to avoid a $10 late fee. In the event a student needs to cancel, a make-up lesson will be offered only if 24 hours’ notice is provided. Refusal or inability to accept a make-up (virtual or in person) will not result in a credit. Please  prioritize your lesson commitment over other activities. If an unavoidable conflict arises and you cannot attend a make-up you must still pay for the missed lesson out of courtesy to your teacher who relies on your commitment to lessons to make a living. No-shows or lessons not cancelled within 24 hours must be paid for in full and will not be offered a make-up. There are no refunds or credits towards tuition for lessons not canceled within 24 hours or lessons where a make-up was offered but refused. In the event a teacher cancels a lesson you will receive a credit.

Students may be dismissed from lessons for any of the following reasons:
•Rude or disrespectful behavior towards an instructor by student (or parent).
•Tuition is not paid in full in advance.
•Failure to abide by attendance policy.
