Studio Policies

Tuition is due in full by the 1st of every month. Pay by the 14th to avoid a $10 late fee. In the event a student needs to cancel, a make-up lesson will be offered only if 24 hours’ notice is provided. No-shows or lessons not cancelled within 24 hours must be paid for in full. There are no refunds or credits towards tuition for forfeited lessons. 

Students may be dismissed from lessons for any of the following reasons:
•Rude or disrespectful behavior towards an instructor by student (or parent).
•Tuition is not paid in full in advance.
•Failure to abide by attendance policy.

Instructor Absence: If your instructor is absent you may be placed with a substitute instructor. No credit or make-up will be given if a substitute is provided. If a substitute cannot be provided and a make-up cannot be scheduled after instructor absence, a credit will be given towards a future lesson or a refund will be processed.
